Your role exists to maintain the integrity of the investment activities within CFSIL proprietary system HiPortfolio. You will achieve this by ensuring all portfolios are reconciled and all exceptions items are identified and managed effectively and efficiently.

You’ll be joining the Investment Operations team which is responsible for the Asset Servicing within Wealth Management. The Asset Control team identifies opportunities within the business in terms of risk, processes, controls and productivity. The investment activities on HiPortfolio are consumed by CFSIL stakeholders for purposes such as trading, performance and reporting.

In any given week you will

  • Reconcile all portfolios between HiPortfolio and third party sources for cash, securities & market valuation
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation exception items in a timely and correct manner
  • Work within the appropriate levels of control framework to identify risks and escalate items appropriately
  • Deliver quality outcomes to meet customer expectations
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholder teams regarding status of setup requests
  • Engage stakeholder teams to identify ways in which service might be improved

We're interested in hearing from people who

  • Experience within investment operations and come from a custody, fund manager or investment administration service provider background
  • Strong financial market knowledge
  • Experience using HiPortfolio or Dimension will be highly regarded
  • Any relevant tertiary qualifications will also be highly regarded
